If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.
Before returning any items please contact Melissa on 1800 85 86 87 to discuss your reason for requiring a return.
Please understand our following terms of business:
- You will be responsible for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering
- If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will happily pay for postage and replace the product
- If the item you received is not what you ordered, we will fix this at no cost to you
- Your Best You is NOT obligated to refund for products that are returned damaged or never arrive.
