It is with pleasure that I provide the following testimonial for Bruce Sullivan based on his performance as a facilitator of the Griffith University ‘On the Move’ Orientation Bus Tour.
The ‘On the Move’ bus tour is an integral part of the Griffith University orientation program and is designed to provide staff with an enhanced understanding of Griffith’s unique campuses, facilities and future direction. In addition, it provides and opportunity for staff to meet and network with colleagues from across the university. The tour is conducted an average of seven times a year and involves a very full eight hour day, introducing participants to five campuses across a region spanning South Bank to the Gold Coast.
Under intense time pressure and juggling a diverse array of participant needs, Bruce displays unfailing enthusiasm and invariably delivers his best on every tour. He effectively maintains participant energy levels throughout the day and is skilled at assisting participants to relax and enjoy the experience. It is a testament to Bruce’s meticulous preparation and his skill as a presenter and facilitator that, despite the fact that he is an external consultant, many participants assume he is a Griffith staff member.
The following comments were received from participants on our most recent (7 October) tour and are representative of those regularly received regarding Bruce.
“The facilitator was excellent – first rate!”
“Bruce was an excellent facilitator and made the day full of enthusiasm and enjoyable.”
“Bruce got us all off to a good start and made sure that we were all entertained while still learning. Please pass on my thanks to him.”
“The speaker was very engaging, very informative – keep him on!!”
I am happy to provide further verbal feedback should it be required.
